Burn Ban in effect
Due to increasingly dry conditions, there is a burn ban in effect until further notice for Upper Frederick Township. This burn ban is pursuant to township code §103-2subsection G. With respect to outdoor burning and the operation of any indoor incinerator within the confines of Upper Frederick Township, no person shall: Conduct any outdoor burning during periods of high winds, declared drought or weather inversion or other situations deemed hazardous by the Fire Marshal, his officers or the emergency management coordinator).

Upper Frederick Approves 2026 Budget
At the November 12th, 2025 Board of Supervisors meeting the Board voted 3-0 to adopt the 2026 budget. The budget is the first balanced budget in 4 years at the township and includes no Upper Frederick Township tax increase for 2026. A copy of the budget is below:
