UPPER FREDERICK TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Upper Frederick Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Upper Frederick Township Municipal Building, 3205 Big Road, Zieglerville, PA 19492, as to:

Application 25-06  – Application of Gary and Aileen Wirth, owners of record of 2727 Hill Road, Upper Frederick Township, Montgomery County, PA, TPN 55-00-00882-00-8, located in the RP- Rural Preservation Zoning District, for a special exception and/or variance from Section 285-62.B of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a detached accessory structure on the property, measuring 1,296 square feet (36 feet x 36 feet) with a 6-foot overhang on one side, rather than the 1,200 square feet permitted, and a variance from Section 285-85.G of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a detached accessory structure to measure a height of 16 feet 4 inches, rather than the 14 feet permitted.

Applications may be examined at the Township Office, 3205 Big Road, Zieglerville, PA 19492. At the time of the hearing, any person or party interested will have an opportunity to be heard.
