Ivy Ridge Profit and Loss

At the August 13, 2025, Board of Supervisors meeting, the Board of Supervisors discussed the current operating revenues and costs associated with the Ivy Ridge sewer plant. Township manager Aaron Walizer presented an overview of the last year of operations of the plant covering from June 2024 to June of 2025. Community Day 2025 Announced

Mark your calendars, Upper Frederick will hold its annual Community Day on October 4th, 2025, from 10am to 3pm. There will be a shred truck, DJ, vendors, and lots of fun activities for all ages.

Tax Collector available for in-person meetings

The tax collector will be holding an additional in person tax collection time on Monday October 28, 2024 from 6:30 – 7:30 at the Upper Frederick Fire Company (2837 Little Rd Perkiomenville).  This is your last opportunity to pay your Per Capita or Real Estate in person before we go into the penalty period on November 1, 2024.  in addition, I will also be collecting County/Township taxes for those that have not yet paid.  Contact Michelle  at 267-664-9219 if you have any questions.

Supervisors Vote to Pass Zoning Ordinance Changes at November 13th meeting

The Board of Supervisors held their regularly scheduled monthly Public Meeting on November 13th to discuss changes to the Township’s Zoning Ordinance. Over 100 Township residents attended to voice their support and concerns. After robust discussion, the Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to pass the ordinance update.

Faust Road Closure

Faust Road is currently closed to all through-traffic. The road remains open to local traffic, school buses, mail and parcel delivery services, trash services, and emergency services. The paving project is expected to be completed by November 1st.
